Greg has built BDC's from scratch and knows what it takes to recruit the right team and meld them into a cohesive unit. He has extensive knowledge in call mapping, customized scripting as well as ongoing database growth and effective nurture marketing.
Greg's speaking experience includes Ford's National BDC launch meetings while working at the dealership and he also presents at various Leadership Seminars in his local market.
