I wanted to share with everyone something very exciting we are seeing in regards to Conversion Ratios. We recently launched the on-line negotiation system for Portland Oregon dealer Ron Tonkin Honda. Jock...just saw this message! Saw the other one you left about my comments about your photo! Hey, I'm already a 48-time certified phone negotiator. The certificate I received from DWCNCOTP says I can sell ice to Eskimos! BTW, that stands for Dealers Who Can't Negotiate Crap On The Phone. LOL...

Great to hear from you! I'll check out the site. As far as the photo...well my friend. Let's just say "you look absolutely maaavalous" with complete indifference to Billy Crystal. I hope your year has started off well.

Business is good and growing. Dealers are starting to really ask for help and advise. It's been an uphill battle but a rewarding one. The blog has been driving good traffic and the referrals are growing. Business can always be better and bigger so...
