You CAN hold Gross with Online Negotiation

We just turned on WideStorm Online Negotiation for the rest of the Tonkin stores earlier this week. They have an average of $3500 Total Gross on their first few deals. This was of course one of our (and the dealers) big concerns. It's looking like the ability to hold gross is not diminished at all by negotiation the car deal on-line. Who knows if this keeps up we may see net gross improvement, especially if factor in the acquisition cost of the customer.See More

I wanted to share with everyone something very exciting we are seeing in regards to Conversion Ratios. We recently launched the on-line negotiation system for Portland Oregon dealer Ron Tonkin Honda. Great to hear from you! I'll check out the site. As far as the photo...well my friend. Let's just say "you look absolutely maaavalous" with complete indifference to Billy Crystal. I hope your year has started off well.

Business is good and growing. Dealers are starting to really ask for help and advise. It's been an uphill battle but a rewarding one. The blog has been driving good traffic and the referrals are growing. Business can always be better and bigger so...
