I have been in the car business my entire life, starting by washing cars on a used car lot after school. During my high school years I worked for wholesalers which gave me the best education I could ever receive.
Since then I have worked in retail, wholesale ( with 7 manufacturers) have been part owner of two stores, have had two training / consulting companies and now,after trying to retire, I continue to work with cars.com. The saying once you get in the car business you stay in the car business.
I have worked throughout north America and in Europe with Volkswagen, Porsche and Audi. My background has been in sales, service and parts. All have given me a great understanding of the car business. Working for manufacturers I have won awards for sales performance, and Customer satisfaction.

We have grown as a training department and have provided outstanding sales training workshops are retail focused. For 2009 I will RETIRE, well for the most part. Contract work one week a month.
