Holy crap Manny....thanks for the pressure....People have to remember that it took me years to get here...a large part of that is you have to build a foundation and you better get good masons. One of our masons was PCG...I love the concept of Search, Social and Video in reference to the changes that Google is talking about. If you don't have that foundation I recommend finding someone who can help you with it...you can start your search with the link up above.

Thank you Manny for your feedback and reminder to dealers that search strategies are constantly changing and are not set it and forget it. The best compliment we get is another dealer in a local market complaining that our client is taking up too much space for local searches on Page One in their backyard!

That's exactly what we wanted to communicate with dealers.  There are so many ways to get content in front of local consumers without "over doing it", so it's an evolution of search strategies that we are presenting to dealers.

Along with these concerns, are the requests from dealers that we are not optimizing their local competitors as well.  So, we work in a customized fashion and also keep up with the latest changes in Google search.

It's refreshing to hear; "latest strategy is also designed to not trigger concerns about “overtly” optimized website pages and content."  So many take this for granted or use "overt" strategy as a sales pitch for their SEO services.
