Great post! We are working on getting the automotive industry people we deal with to understand its not just a passing trend. For example we recently had to remove several impostors from Twitter for our client Herb Chambers....We continue to educate them on the pros and cons of the SocialSphere and any supporting date or information from other industry experts is most appreciated!

Peace and be well
