PCG Consulting founded in 2011, was created to provide vendor neutral analysis and recommendations to help dealers maximize their operating budgets and car sales. The consulting team also provides onsite training and education for car dealers on Internet/BDC lead processes, social media, reputation management, and digital marketing strategy.
A majority of the dealers that hire PCG Consulting have operating budgets that are sufficiently funded for success. Our consultants often find that enough money is being allocated for marketing and operations each month but those allocations needed to shift.
