In real world application, this Ownership verification process was applied to the new vehicle quote program where a dealership was sending 1900 new vehicle quotes to past customers and selling 1.01% of the quotes each month. Once ConsumerCleanse was applied, it was discovered that over 500 of those quotes were going to people who no longer owned the vehicle. Removing those 500 quotes allowed the dealership to reduce their marketing expense by 16% and achieve the same result in units while increasing their sell thru rate to 1.36% of the quotes. ROI improved because the cost went down and the sales volume was maintained.
