I just watched the video posted on this site of a "Sales Manager" pro giving a tough sales talk to the underperforming sales staff (which I assume is the one at your dealership.)

Help me stop the One Source clock

I need help with response time to meet the SFE requirements.

As of today ytd out of 318 SFE leads I'm at 1:20 average response time, with 100% answered. My problem, probably like a few of you out there, are the leads coming in while I'm asleep! All of my over 5 hour leads have come in between midnight and 3am. I'm at 94.3% under 5 hours, and I need a game plan to help get that number up. Will someone…

Most of our dealers see huge advantages of having every aspect outside there DMS fully integrated. From your Crm, website, inventory control, market pricing, service marketing and even desking all working together. Being able to see what vehicles a customer looked at and for how long once they submit a lead into your ILM tool is one of the many advantages to having everything fully integrated. It is the way of the future and eventually it will be the only way to do business.
