My experience has transcended every area of the automotive industry from my entire life. Starting as a "gofer" for our family dealership in Christchurch, New Zealand in 1973, I was then educated in all dealership departments by 2 of the very best in the business, my Dad and my brother.
Hard task master's with no tolerance for only the very best they were and I will be eternally grateful for those many years learning how great our industry can be when you do it right.
Emigrating to Los Angeles in 1981, my knowledge has taken me down many roads. I gained a vast experience in the Auto Finance business as Founding member of Lendco Acceptance Corporation, established in 1984 with strategic funding partners such as Xerox Corporation and A T & T Capital Corporation. As Senior VP of Sales & Marketing we funded over $ 2.8 Billion in receivables prior to our sale in 1991.
Following as President of a sub prime funding conduit I established warehouse lines and securitized Buy Here Pay Here seasoned pooled loans.
Addditionally over the years I have enjoyed the challenges as General manager of 2 different high line dealerships. I have experienced learning the intricacies of the Direct Response Marketing & Lead generation business including TV & Radio promotions, direct mail and Internet campaigns.
My current position as Sales Director for vAuto has provided me the privilege of bringing a new philosophy and the supporting technology that really has made a significant difference with many incredible testimonials of success to dealerships nationwide.

It is great to see you here... I am in my home office in Gilbert, AZ after getting out of the hospital where I was for a week fighting some type of bizarre drug-resistant Pneumonia... Nothing like a dose of mortality to reinforce one's own sense of humility! Anyways, I will be working out of my home office this coming week to prepare for my next digital marketing gun fight and trying to get caught up on expense reports.
Despite the fact that I should be doing something else, like some new OEM proposals, I just had to go online to see if there were any new Automotive Digital Marketing Group members for me to welcome. And, shazam, there you were, a new ADM Professional that I have not yet welcomed to our community!
