Minority consumers are now the majority in the top regional markets and are the fastest growing segments in the top 300 counties in America. As the auto dealership landscape becomes more and more consolidated, dealers can no longer afford to leave any consumer within their territory un-touched. Dealers who rely on the inconsistent efforts of manufacturers to reach Black, Hispanic and Asian consumers need to rethink the importance of controlling that relationship with the multicultural consumer.
The panel discussion will introduce the demographic trends resonating through the marketplace, present examples of how dealers are already reaping profitable returns and offer practical advice for building meaningful relationships with all sectors of your local communities.
