Does your dealership have a "Unique Selling Proposition"?

 

-Something that separates you from the competition?  

-Something that gives your dealership a value-driven competitive advantage?

 

Frank Lane, author of "Killer Brands" quoted:

 

"In the abense of a Compelling Differentiation, PRICE will always drive choice."

 

With Numerous dealers selling the same car, in the same color, with the same equipment at the same pricing using the same rebates and incentives and advertising the same way, using Price, Events and campaigns.  You can understand why customers want to play the:  "Can you beat this Price Game", Right?!?

 

Well, in a competitive marketplace only a "True Unique Selling Proposition" will allow you to cut through the advertising clutter, differentiate your Marketing Message, Product and your dealership.

 

And only something that has a High Perceived Value, a low cost, and is exclusively available at your dealership will give you a selling advantage.

 

Do you have a unique selling proposition?  If so, what is it?

 

When a lead comes in and four or five other dealers get the same lead, how do you differentiate yourself?

 

Is there anything you can offer that another dealer cant?
