Has anyone responded to Internet leads using the prospect’s Facebook email after a prospect does not reply to quotes or correspondence sent to them using their regular email?  I’ve haven’t tried this yet but was curious to know if there have been any positive or negative results from using this approach.

I have tried that before, and the respond has not been good. Your customer will think you are stalking them. You can use this as a tool to see if your customer are really interested in a vehicle. I have seen customer who posted that they are going to "buy a car that day" before.
