I'm Will Michaelson, the re:member group's newest hire as a sales associate. I've been here just over three weeks and am loving it. Speaking to dealers every day, though it was daunting at first, is a lot of fun now. I'm hoping to speak to some of you about our loyalty programs, and the benefits they offer to dealers and their customers.
I'm still a newbie, but just yesterday our team found out we were mentioned in Auto Dealer Monthly's Dealership Spotlight, which features Ken Shaw Automotive, and it felt like news I wanted to share as my first post on ADM.
This is merely an introduction, but I also wanted to get the opinion of dealers everywhere: What do you do to keep your customers coming back to your dealership, and how effective are you at it?
