We are seeking an Automotive Email Marketing Manager who will plan daily, weekly, and monthly email schedule and content for our Automotive Clients



  • Consistently track and improve open rate, deliverability rate, click through, list growth, and email metrics for our clients
  • Keep track of SPAM probability
  • Coordinate with the Engineering team on needed integrations with 3rd parties
  • Track volume of sends in order to ensure consistency and organic send rates
  • Minimize subscriber opt-out rate via monitoring and testing
  • Test multiple email aspects such as subject lines, templates, calls-to-action, time/day sent, and links
  • Manage communication with Product and Marketing teams for email campaigns and messaging
  • Ensure our SPAM probability is maintained and kept consistently high
  • Periodically clean up email list and maintain list hygiene of the email subscriber base, while observing privacy and opt-in/out standards
  • Experience with Automotive CRM's a plus and other ESP is required
  • Segment user groups and customers based on user patterns and behaviors
  • Send emails that are coordinated with promotional efforts and planned offers
  • Email template creation, testing, and periodic updating
  • Final proofing of content in all outbound email campaigns
  • Work with clients to create specialized content for specific topics and areas of focus
  • Setup and maintenance of Google Analytics tracking for email performance through to click-through to on-site content


Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of email marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Knowledge of email HTML standards and testing
  • Experience with Email Service Providers, preferably in the automotive segment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Prior experience with Google Analytics
