The purpose of this position is to support the sales/service team. The business development center (BDC), is responsible for setting appointments, answering and completing a high volume of calls and generate business for the dealership. We are a family owned business for over 65 years and everyone works closely to work as a team and meet our goals.  We are concerned with more than moving inventory; we are also committed to your individual success. We are looking for someone who has a desire to continue/start their career and we will train the right people. Respond to Internet Inquiries with Courtesy, Accuracy and Professionalism

Generate Sales Appointments

Promptly and Accurately Enter all Customer Date in the CRM

Handle Leads from Start to Finish

100 calls per day

Effectively Utilize Lead Management Tools

Perform All Job-Related Duties as Assigned

Keep up on All Training

Work as a Team to achieve all Goals

Keep up to date on all training and software materials
