Erica is passionate about bringing change to the industry to focus on the impact of customer feedback and how it drives operational changes at all levels. Prior to joining Digital Air Strike, Erica was with MileOne Automotive where she managed corporate communications and software partnerships for all 63 dealerships. Erica has extensive automotive technology experience and has also held sales and business development management positions at CallSource and Autobase.
