$64 Billion is a lot of money that dealers are leaving on the table by not capturing enough of the service and repair business for the vehicles they sold new... I recently learned that on a national basis only 22% of vehicles sold new ever return to the selling dealer for service... We have a problem! I recommend doing everything you can to leverage the power of automotive digital marketing to help your dealership do a better job of retaining service business on the cars you sell.
