Fantastic!  I hope people were awake in the room.  This is how business should be done.  I have been following Sean for many years too and he says outloud what other people ignore.  Our business (the Automotive retail business) should eventually get it and get with the times.  Great job Sean.

I've been a Sean Stapleton fan for quite a few years, and watching this clip makes me want to stand up and shout "Hellelujah!"... This topic is 100% on target and a bulls eye receipe for selling more cars to the same number of Internet Leads.  I know, because what Sean is describing here is very much part of what we did at Courtesy Chevrolet the whole time I was there... It works, optimize your closing rates by customizing your lead response processes by lead characteristics.  Have specialists who are STRONG at handling certain types of leads or leads from specific sources.
