I have been experimenting with this for the past few days and it works fine when using the gmail account associated with the dealership Google+ account. However, I am not sure it will work with other user accounts that are admins of the Google+ Business account, but which have different Gmail accounts that are personal in nature.  I do believe the best way at first is to log into the dealership Gmail account that created the Google+ Business profile and use the integrated features from there.  This also would mean using that same Google account for YouTube Channels, Blogger, etc. which is probably a good idea anyways.

So walk me through this Ralph. Would everybody (say, BDC and managers) be signed in to our our gmail/Google+ account at the same time?  Would they monitor it?  Or would they just use it for outbound communication with a customer?  I get the concept.  But I'm lost on the mechanics. This should be a how-to (where's B Pasch when you need him right?), Google+ Business for dummies.  Maybe at a future conference?
