I continue to be pleasantly surprised and encouraged by the resources and focus that Cobalt has been applying to the understanding and sharing of information around how automotive consumers use dealership reviews in the decision making process around vehicle purchasing and servicing.  "There is no app for empathy..." is a classic, and deserves to be shared!
