Rebecca, thank you for pointing out the dreary details that people seem to find annoying, but which have a significant impact on the results that dealers get from their YouTube video placements.  Regarding length of time, although I have seen the same play and exit reports which show that anything over two minutes seems to generate a lot of exits, I disagree with setting artificial time limits on video length. In this case, the Suzuki of Wichita video is entertaining, emotionally engaging and fascinating enough for the targeted audience to watch all the way through. Personally, I have seen HUNDREDS of videos with similar purpose to this one, and in my option, this video is in the top 5 best ever.  Without being over produced or too slick, it positions the dealership as essentially different than any other... In a very positive way.

That is great then if you had a pretty good start going on. I was just commeding you on your work in reference to the comment made by Ralph for the need in the industry to differentiate and doing so using video.

The link in youtube still needs to be hyperlinked if you want ppl to be able to click through to your site after the fact. This is a little tiny detail makes the world of difference to your online users. Most will not cut and paste and most will also not go below the fold to even find it.

Aaron, the link is not fixed www.ridehomehappy.com you need to put the http:// at the beginning of it to make it clickable. It is best to have it in the first sentence or 2 of the description so that it is above the fold. It has to make it easy.

While you have some nice editing done, you may want to consider making the next one a little shorter. People have very shot attention spans and 4 min is a long time for this sort of video.

It is a good start to differentiating them with video.
