Thanks Glenn,

I think it's really important today for dealers to build an authentic relationship with their customers and community. That can only be done with good communication and providing value. A mix of communication methods like email (both text and html), advertising, printed newsletters, handwritten notes, video, audio, etc. cause the message to stand out and avoid getting caught in people's junk filter. So much automotive advertising never transcends that filter and has no chance of making any kind of impact or effect. It's a bit more challenging but the payoff is well worth the little extra work. IMHO. Glad we can connect here my man.

Great information Jimmy,
I believe as well that building up relationships with your customers can't only be through asking them to buy. We don't like it as customers ourselves but yet many dealers do it to their customers.
Seeing as so many dealers are now embracing the web to interact, sending a newsletter should not be that much more work to do.
Great idea.....keep them coming!!
