LOL... Old Guys Rule!!! 300 Lbs. on the Bench Press is pretty much an amazing feat, at any age... Yes, Jim Ziegler is often times seen as a caricature, a bigger than life character with as much bravado as expertise... But, did you know this man has a heart of pure gold? That's why I am proud to call the Alpha Dawg "Friend", because more than anything else, this guy has got soul.
