This is so timely for me.  I've been in conversation with Yelp for my dealership.  And this is coming from Paul Potratz, one of my favorite people I've never met.  Siri changes everything!

Paul, thank you for the informative video... For the past two years I have been able to get over 300 dealers to either pay, or include it in the services my teams have delivered to them for the Yelp "Enhanced Profile" business package. As much as many dealers dislike Yelp, the Enhanced Profile package provides several useful benefits, including better management of dealership reviews and ratings.

Great video Paul. Yelp has some strange barriers to posting which will frustrate dealers but they need to have a Yelp strategy. Thanks for raising the discussion on Yelp and that it must be a part of a dealers IRM strategy.
