The ability to listen to the customer's stories, and understand them... The ability to tell the true story about the right vehicle for a customer in a compelling and believable manner is the essential ingredient needed for success in automotive marketing and sales. The art of conversation? Whether face to face or via online media, a conversation is by nature the two way sharing of stories amongst those engaged in the conversation.
