Working long hours at the dealership might lead to poor diet and lack of exercise, however if you’ve watched my previous videos you would now know how to make sure that doesn’t happen, but it’s human nature to try a cut corners to get instant results, but when it comes to your weight, here are 3 tricks you think might be working for you, but you really need to stay away from.
#1 Cutting Out All Carbs – When we cut out entire food groups we lack certain nutrients we lack certain nutrients that allow our bodies to function at their best.
#2 Skipping Meals – You will feel lethargic and cranky, not good when your job is to talk to customers and clients. It also slows down your metabolism and leads to overeating, which is a cause of weight gain.
#3 Focusing on Only Exercise – You can’t out-train a bad diet. Simple as that.
Remember, weight loss isn’t a quick or easy process. It requires patience, effort and dedication. Healthy eating habits and a good workout routine will give you the energy you need to perform and feel your best in and out of the dealership.
