Hey thirty years ago when I was a rookie at my dealership nobody came back when they got their cheque. .  They all went to the horse races and blew their money. Pay day was my best sales day! I looked forward to my pay days though.

Tim did a great job playing the weak weenine Gm role. Most of the dealers in Houston TX hand out the checks after the banks are closed to keep the dealership bugging.

What is funny is that the person (Tim Hommer) playing the manager happens to be a GM that runs a very tight ship at his store.  His staff would usually describe him with the words "feared" and "respected"... in that order :)   He obviously plays against type in these clips.

Looks to me that the first person that needs to get the AX is the Weak Weenine MGR. The video is missing a 50 car man that just sold his 5th car of the day.

Great video.  Joe, I'm wondering how you got great talent like Playford and Tijerina to do this spot.  Hopefully they waived their standard fees to appear.   Where do I sign up for the entire series?

Another classic video based on the often under-reported realities of real life in a car dealership. I really enjoy Joe Webb's Car dealer based videos, and find they often serve a useful purpose in drawing our attention towards areas of opportunity for improvement in the dealerships we serve...
