Ashley, let's do it, we are rocking and rolling with these TV shows

This is awesome Chuck! Even if my dealership isn't featured as a reality'd be pretty awesome to make our OWN reality show and show customers what happens behind the scenes at our dealership... :)

Hey, I'm Chuck Ardezzone owner of and InTroubleZone Productions, we were hired and told they are the first dealer to document it with the World Record group. We produced the show. They also made it clear that no wholesale units were included in that number. We had a blast and sold a ton of cars. Let me know your thoughts. Let's challenge that record and film it.

Are they serious about the world record? I have a customer that sold over 2000 used units in one month out of one location..that's over double what they are claiming. Did I miss something?

Hey guys, thats just it, show the customers that you are real, that you are regular people just like them, you like to have fun too and are professional, and of coarse, you have the best deals, but again by using your staff in these spots the customers get to know you and TRUST you, you'd be surprised at how many people come in and comment on the commercials and than by a car. This is the way to advertise guys, it's proven.

These guys have nailed it on the head. I don't know what the Marazzi crew was like before Chuck came into their lives but I can say from working with Rob F that there is a culture in the Marazzi realm that sets the bar pretty high for where an auto dealership needs to be these days. They know how to have fun and not take themselves seriously and they mean business too. Whether that is Chuck pushing the bubble with them or just reflecting what is already there I don't know. But it's good stuff. Check out the Funny Videos category on their blog homepage.

We have been working with Chuck and his team for three years now. John Marazzi came up with the idea for the World Record Challenge back at Ft. Myers Toyota and Chuck brought it to life. InTroubleZone still shoots all of our spots at John Marazzi Nissan like T.V. spots, testimonials, product comparisons etc. John and Chuck have creatively built a partnership that works. The point is to cut through the clutter and John and Chuck are masters at that. These guys are fun to work with and it comes through in the finished product.

Consumers and Internet viewers are addicted to reality shows and outrageous videos. For dealers bold enough to utilize this strategy and who can find ways to enhance and extend their brand, I would say give it a try. In a local PMA, these videos, over time, may breakdown the walls between the consumers and dealership staff. Since many consumers are intimidated by the car buying experience, is this a new tool to reduce that stress and invite people in?
