I am a little shocked that you are commenting on her, she is obviously a reporter, not a car salesperson, her comments are what the average person thinks....someone without an insider view.  I think it is important to take from this the fact that she is raising questions and has comments throughout that he spins into someting "for the greater good", ie; "with services like your's more dealerships will go out of business..."  (2:28)  and "your innovating not really to help them [dealers] at least to help the customer." (5:49) These are the basic principals we are fighting for and even an outsider can see these topics are important.  Lay off the Bimbo remarks dudes... thanks!  Happy New Year to all-

Painter is an idiot....He sounds like he wants to play god because someone made a little money on him at some point. Let's trim the fat by firing thousands of people, making it less convenient for consumers to service their vehicle, decreasing choices, and by letting TrueCar decide who can sell a car. What a load of BS....I'd love to interview this guy.

It ain't Bambi's fault, Ralph.  What's more important is what I saw when I sent you the first link (with the commercials, sorry!), Painter's own words . . . Reduce LA Toyota dealers from 60 to 9, for example.

Many thanks to Rob Fontano for the YouTube link to Scott Painter's interview by Bambi Francisco.  Bambi's inane commentary indicate complete auto industry ignorance at a level that makes her unqualified to interview somebody like Scott Painter.
