It has the 383 Magnum inside but I didn't like the original hood so I created a special bracket for the air cleaner that was designed for the six-pack, painted the top plate orange, and added the hood. The fender badging says 383 Magnum but the hood makes the car look great.

VERY Nice '69 Super Bee! Do you have the original 383 Magnum in it, or from the looks of the big scoop, you might have gone with a 440 Magnum upgrade? Check out my interview about "my first car" that Eric Miltsch and Auction Direct does with his TweetAndGreet.com site:

I love my Superbee and I also have my fully restored 1968 Chevy Impala 427 with original matching numbers. But the Superbee is a blast and yes it has a spirit. I fully restored the car and the undercarriage is a clean as the exterior. Here are a few photos.

OMG!!! You have an old Dodge Super Bee... I owned a 1968 Dodge Super Bee all the way through college and also owned a 1970 Dodge Super Bee for 6 months until I succumbed to an offer to sell it for a profit... I LOVE Super Bee's and Road Runner's... The Plymouth Rapid Transit System and the Dodge Scat Pack. You better stay cool and not turn into a douche bag (see other posts on so-called SEO experts where they identify the transition) and why? Because those old B body Mopars have "Spirits" they acquire over the years and they tend to turn on their owners if the owner does not stay cool... Like Spider Man; "With great power comes great responsibility". Damn it... I want another Mopar Muscle Car again!!! I think your clip triggered a mid-life crisis for me... Brian... You Suck!!!! I hate that you have a cooler car than any of mine... Wait until I get a piece of you at your Halloween Party in Nashville next Saturday!
