lol yea they are pretty close. I love that his arms around him. I do agree, I am a big preacher of reputation management, about being the authoritative source of information, for whatever target market you are reaching out to. I will say at least in my opinion places like "digg" and "stumble" as he mentions them are pretty pointless as it relates to dealerships. They are right though, participate where your customers are, and share quality content. Do avoid posting the same content in multiple places if it also appears on your website, you will have duplicate content issues.
