This was THE BEST!! I remember a few times when customers have used the KBB line, but for a local bank, I would get up and slip on my coat and grab my keys....and ask them "Are you ready?" (smile pause). And I get that free dumb look. "Lets go to XYZ Credit Union to get your check right quick" (smile pause, head turning dumb look to eachother). And well....you know the rest of the story. LOL
