I don't know if you remember me but I worked with you and the Daly brothers at Courtesy Chevrolet back in 2006-2007
My name is Omara Spriggs. It is funny that I should find this page cause I have actually been trying to get ahold of you and even called Courtesy just to find out you were no longer with them. I am looking forward to learning alot from this page as now I run my own Internet Department in Iowa City, IA. I would love to hear from you
Hi Ralph, it is really good to be back on the ADM site again after a long hiatus. I see many good things have changed on the ADM site over the years. I was one of the first members when you launched. It's exciting to see the growth...congrats!
I just read where Honda might sanction dealers if they continue on with True Car. Honda says it puts other Honda dealers in competition with each other rather than other brands. They say the results are "cheapening" Honda's Brand.
Hi Ralph, thanks for the add and providing this great forum. Im a new BDC manager and got the chance to attend your session at Digital Dealer in Vegas. Im looking forward to learning as much as I can from members here!
Hi Ralph, I was a little bit surprised by your evaluation of Apple's reviews. When you say we don't have enough 3 or 4 star reviews, that suggests that we have control over what people say. It suggests that I don't practice what I preach.
Now I am not a dealer, I am an employee of a dealer so I don't have absolute control over what we do here at Apple, but so far, we follow what I talk about online. Even if we didn't, it would not change my opinion.
Keith even wrote me and asked how we get such good reviews without doing them in-house. Why is good customer service and relations so unbelievable? I didn't create our reputation; I am lucky enough to be able to market it.
I would not be able to work for a dealer and do the same thing if I had to cover up poor customer service. I would have to turn to an outside company to do it for me.
I am fearful that my sincere belief comes across as condescending. I certainly don't intend it that way.
Hello Ralph. Thanks for helping guide me in the right direction setting up our BDC. Craig has done an awesome job in sales and service for us. I feel fortunate to have reconnected in KC at Ziglars Internet battle plan. Thanks again Kevin Ruttenbur
Hi Ralph ... I'm involved in a different type of ADM; I do transportation voiceovers. For instance, I'm the voice on the NYC subways that tells you when the next train is arriving and I also welcome and inform passengers riding the AirTrain at JFK and Newark airports (bwcommunications.net). I'm enjoying learning more about digital automotive marketing. If anyone is interested in talking more about how voice can be used as part of ADM, please contact me.
Hey Ralph, we've been a member of the ADM site since you first started it. We won't be attending DD next week but we will catch the next one soon after while we ramp up some new product offerings for dealers. We invite you to check out our site (www.wheelstvnetwork.com) as the leader in automotive video test drives on every make and model. We're the leader in the industry and we offer reviews of both new and used vehicles - that's why so many of the big auto portals (Aol, Yahoo, MSN), cable operators (Time Warner, Cablevision) and hundreds of dealers (via Cobalt, Rey Rey, etc.) use our products to drive more traffic, increase customer engagement, and sell more cars! Feel free to check us out, we would love to know what you think.
Hello Ralph, thanks for adding me. I look forwarding to learning more about and from the ADM community and seeing where our services at SCA Promotions can fit in. We offer some unique benefits to the industry, when you have a chance you can read more about it here: http://scapromotions.com/promotions/industry/auto.htm
