Hi Ralph,  I was a little bit surprised by your evaluation of Apple's reviews.  When you say we don't have enough 3 or 4 star reviews, that suggests that we have control over what people say.  It suggests that I don't practice what I preach. 

Now I am not a dealer, I am an employee of a dealer so I don't have absolute control over what we do here at Apple, but so far, we follow what I talk about online.  Even if we didn't, it would not change my opinion.

Keith even wrote me and asked how we get such good reviews without doing them in-house.  Why is good customer service and relations so unbelievable?  I didn't create our reputation; I am lucky enough to be able to market it.

I would not be able to work for a dealer and do the same thing if I had to cover up poor customer service.  I would have to turn to an outside company to do it for me.

I am fearful that my sincere belief comes across as condescending.  I certainly don't intend it that way.

I'm involved in a different type of ADM; I do transportation voiceovers.  For instance, I'm the voice on the NYC subways that tells you when the next train is arriving and I also welcome and inform passengers riding the AirTrain at JFK and Newark airports (  I'm enjoying learning more about digital automotive marketing.  If anyone is interested in talking more about how voice can be used as part of ADM, please contact me.

Why shouldn't part of a BDC agents pay come from the salespersons comission? They are doing the 1st 20% of the work and the last 5%? Thoughts???
