I think it's important draw a line in the sand. Our line is 1 hour during business hours. We measure it through Contact Management REYREY. After Hours we expect phone replies. Our Internet sales persons agree to phone notice and respond from their devices.
Let's face it, phone exchange is less invading, the new age language is now text messinging. So require it and use it to your advantage.
Taking and managing Internet Sale Leads is and should be a privilege to sales persons. Realize the potential.
Ok. I am inexperienced at this. I am just a salesman, but a fairly agressive one. I am trying to use facebook and a personal web site to market my self and set myself apart from the other salesmen. It seems as if, at this point, I am not selling cars, but myself. I am currently just trying to target local customers and get them to come in to the store; not point them to our website, because then they get lost and distributed to the internet department.
Can you give me some ideas as to offer on ads, conversion (getting them from click - to the store) and any success/ mentors.
So on with the discussion, during business hours., what should be an expected response time? Let's face the music, if we don't have a measured and stated goal, that means to car sales persons that it's not important.
A clear process is more important than response time, the combination of both are the key!
