Some might look at what we do in content, search, and social and wonder what in the world would drive us to be so pumped about a customer loyalty conference. After all, we don't offer loyalty programs or customer appreciation services, so it wouldn't seem to be our cup of tea on the surface.

Granted, we focus on driving new customers to dealers, but the arts and sciences of driving new customers and retaining past customers are not mutually exclusive, especially when you look at content and social media as our core.
Just about everything that dealers do today digitally is focused on driving new business. This makes sense in a market environment that is both competitive and wide open at the same time. However, the best dealers aren't simply killing it with their new business marketing efforts. They realize the importance of keeping the business that should already be yours and it has become a lost art in the industry.

It should be noted that the presence of the conference at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort is also a compelling factor for many of our staff, particularly those who are in cold environments right now. It's like bringing the summer in early!
This is the first new conference in a long time that has us really jazzed about attending. We encourage every dealer in the country to make an effort to send someone. The speaker lineup is phenomenal and the topics get so little attention at the other conferences in the car business.
