Why Social Selling Is Not Working For Your Dealership...

With the downturn in the economy looming large over everyone's head dealers are turning towards social selling and trying to generate leads on the social media platforms.

However, there's a few mistakes I see just about every dealer make so if you're struggling to generate leads on social media here's why...

FACT #1: Publishing content is not going to get people to buy.

Sure you will get likes and comments but that does not equate into sales or revenues.

  • TRY THIS: Post 3 Offers Per Week. Ask for the business by posting a special deal, coupon or discount to get people to take action right then.


FACT #2. Your employees are not helping to generate leads.

People buy from people they know and trust. It's that simple.

  • TRY THIS: Have your employees reach out on Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter and start building up their networks.

FACT #3 : AD Blocking Software is taking over.

Ad Blocking software is on a meteoric rise and is wreaking havoc on your paid advertising campaigns.

  • TRY THIS: Those offers that you created in Step #1 - give them to your staff so they can post on their social networks because it's all about distribution.
