The auto industry has been forever changed by the Internet. The technology that empowers consumers to navigate on the WWW has challenged auto dealers to follow them online to earn their business.

Auto dealers must use technology driven processes to leverage the viral nature of consumer driven social media to join the online conversations that are the market from the inside out vs. from the outside in.

Once an auto dealer earns a position on the car shopper’s short list, it is critical that the sales/service staff at their dealership provide the same transparency and relevancy that consumers demand online.

Auto dealers must deliver information with efficiencies that can only be achieved by technology driven processes at their brick and mortar facilities that integrate with their online showrooms and digital marketing messages.

With Phil Zelinger’s 25-plus years of experience as a general manager and dealer principal, he is able to teach you how to leverage the viral nature of social media to maximize ROI using technology to integrate processes at your real world facilities with your online showrooms.

After attending this webinar, you’ll know:

  • How to evaluate your present processes and staff in sales and service vs. your competition and how to apply today’s technologies to maximize your ROI.
  • Best practices in specific areas of operations, starting with HR, to build a more effective sales/service and management team using technology based processes and online employment practices.   You’ll learn how to find key personnel supported by job descriptions, performance based compensation plans and defined areas of responsibility both individually and by department.
  • Everything that you need to know about the various channels, communities and technology driven processes in social media so you can take advantage of its viral nature to deliver a consistent cost-effective marketing message for sales and service.

I doubt I'll be there but you'll have help, don't worry.

Thanks Arnold!  I knew that I was missing something and I wanted to make sure that it wasn't me because I had the wrong time!

I trust that you will be there in case I need some help answering questions.  After all, what are friends for --- especially since most of mine are smarter than I am; that's why I chose them!

I may be wrong but should't it be PM vs. AM ?  I sure hope so because I for one will be sleeping at 1:30 AM EST and even I would'nt wake up to listen to me at that time.

Then again, maybe this is a test to see how serious ADM members are to listen and learn, how dedicated I am to teach and how loyal my friends are in lending me their support?

Either way ... Ralph, can you please check and let me know so I can start brewing some coffee!
