Endorsed by Honda and partnered with some of the leading companies in the industry, IntellaCar is growing rapidly. We have an immediate need to add a successful, experienced, passionate in-dealership sales trainer consultant to the IntellaCar team.
IntellaCar is looking for:
- A progressive, experienced Sales Training Consultant with in-depth experience training and consulting dealership sales teams
- Must excel at consulting with dealership management, motivating dealers and training them on how to use IntellaCar effectively throughout the sales process
- Requires in-depth experience with dealership sales process, dealership technologies (CRM, DMS, etc.) and dealership departmental structure
- A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping dealers learn how to engage customers, deliver a positive/transparent sales experience as well as increase their sales and customer experience using IntellaCar
- Prefer previous retail Dealership Management experience
- Well versed and comfortable with technology: iPads, dealership technologies (e.g. CRM, DMS), email, etc.
- A creative, energetic spirit to provide ideas and input into development of effective training solutions
- Strong detail orientation for accurately following training processes, communication requirements and completing reports
- Absolute honesty and high level of integrity
- Someone who promotes joy and laughter on a daily basis!
This position requires extensive travel as all training is in-dealership.
