Many of you know that are Subaru dealers, that Subaru is now using Dealer.com as there website provider. "THANK YOU" I can not stand the Cobalt sites. Anyway the purpose of this blog is to find out if you Subaru dealers are using your new site to its full advantage. Dealer.com is calling there new platform 6.0 so there has been some major changes vs the 5.0 platform. Bob Baker Chevy Subaru has been using Dealer.com for over 4 years now and I have to say I am Pro Dealer .com.
On the new 6.0 platform there is a section when you are editing your website, you can now ad a page to your site! This is really cool, because they have made it very simple for you to ad a page, almost like a microsite with your own content, maps, youtube videos and much more. I added three new pages to my site today it is so easy. The first thing I did was made a page called Subaru Car Deals, which alot of you know I have a MicroSite called SubaruCarDeals.com. What I did was used a iframe code put it into my new page called Subaru Car Deals and POW there it was. I put this page in the main navigation under specials, so when customers click on the new specials link it will take them to this page. The purpose behind this was when I edit my MicroSite page, they will show on my main subaru page! Click Here To View.

If you are not taking advantage of these options on you new site, you are wasting your money! Keep in mind every time you create a new page it will help with your optimization.
Tip: I would name your new pages based on keywords!!!!
