Back in March, TrueCar’s CEO, Chip Perry, announced their Dealer Pledge to make TrueCar a more positive place for dealers to do business. Today, TrueCar is excited to share their first update that outlines several major operational changes TrueCar made as a part of their ongoing commitment to their Dealer Customers. TrueCar Progress

In March TrueCar committed to making TrueCar a better place for car dealers to do business. Based on dealer feedback, they identified three major Dealer pain points that needed to be fixed: shortcomings in our product offering, weaknesses in our customer service, and Dealer-unfriendly messaging in our consumer facing advertising.


As many ADM Professionals are well aware, in March of this year TrueCar rolled out their "Dealer Pledge", which outlined specific changes initiated by TrueCar CEO Chip Perry... Under Perry's leadership, the TrueCar organization was committed to implement this pledge, so as to address many dealer concerns. More specifically, the dealer pledge focused on changes to the TrueCar product, customer service and the content and tone of marketing and customer messaging. On Tuesday TrueCar rolled out a "Pledge Update" which will outline the progress they have made over the last four months towards implementation and delivery of the Chip Perry designed "TrueCar Dealer Pledge".
