As always, I have some questions for everyone. Feel free to tell me what you think.
Are we tracking and measuring what we need to measure and track? Or, are we comparing all of this data to what everyone says the trends are and trying to duplicate it because "that's what they do"? What about how your store or you as an individual performed last year? We all want to know how to improve but everything about each store and the individuals at the helm are different.
Stay away from the cookie cutter approach and the "The Rainmakers" after your hard earned profit. Look at where you were, where you are, and where your going first. Then use all of that information to keep or fix processes you choose. Only after that can you input your data into all this cool new stuff to have a clear course of action.
