Hi Kim
I'm not a finance person so I don't use excel for calculations, etc., but try this link and see if it is what you could possibly use. If it doesn't suit your needs, just browse around and see if there is another one that might be better.

hello Molly and Nancy Thanks for the Input but what he wants is a template like frome microsoft excel that we can put the leads in the roi, if they show for a appoint, if we sold them, front gross, back gross, where the lead came from, you know what I mean? Ralph said to put templates, reports in the search bar and it would come up with what other people have used but, it brought up nothing for me so I am lost and confused even more now. On top of that now I am trying to find someone that sells email addresses so that we can increase our data base. This stuff is very time consuming...

You can use gmail.com and make a template so you can track under documents. Its free and my boss seems to like it.

Have you loked into MS Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager? Besides an easy way to manage customers, it also has an accounting component that tracks sales, etc. Here is a link: www.microsoft.com/office/contactmanager. I am in the process of ordering it as I make this entry. Let me know if it's what you were looking for. Nancy
