ADM serves Car Dealers, Automotive Marketing Pros and Internet Sales Managers
My dealer group is in the middle of transitioning from Reynolds to ADP. This is the third time I've gone through one of these transitions and the first two can easily be described in one word - PAINFUL! Anyone who has gone through this in the last decade knows what I am referring to. I think we all understand that the DMS is the engine that powers most dealerships and switching DMS providers is the equivalent of tearing out your cars engine and completely replacing it. The difference is that the new engine is completely different than the old engine so the process is difficult and time consuming.
The first two transitions were absolute nightmares. They took weeks to implement and months to recover from. I have to hand it to ADP, this transition has been fantastic. ADP has had a complete team of experts here for weeks to make sure that everything goes smoothly. Our training was completed ahead of schedule and the installation has gone off without a hitch. Almost everyone in our dealerships are picking up the new system without issue. Great job ADP! You've made a potentially nightmare situation virtually pain free.
