I have to admit that the title of this post is a loaded question. I could even argue that it is the wrong question to be asking. The answers as provided by Builditz.com in this Infographic are based on data harvested from their significant campaign experience.
As we begin the new year I find myself pondering social value. This is the beginning of a quest to better understand how to calculate social ROI. The right question to begin with in my estimation. Cost data is nice but it has no context without the connection to value. How would you quantify Social Value?
