So what do you guys & gals out there think about doing "personalized clips" for your customers? Takes too much of your "Valuable" time right? i.e. coffee machine, newspaper, bs`ing with your buddies, fantasy football etc.


This entire clip from start to finish took 40 minutes of my time.................. not very long at all.


Want to "WOW" your customer? Of course you do.  Things like this WILL WOW `em! 


*As a Customer, don`t you think you`d feel pretty reassured and confidant with your purchase decision after receiving this? 


Well he certainly does because this beautiful Expedition has a one-way ticket to Missouri.

I love this stuff. Most of our used vehicles have a video; KPI of 90% vehicles. Because we are selling across Australia, the video is invaluable. It is now an essential part of our process. An acceptable video must be at least 5 mins long and with a description of  main features/benefits and vehicle condition description. We too, embed the video in our website, and send a link direct to the prospect. If we are unable to contact the prospect by phone, we send the personalised video link via email anyway. In the email we encourage the potential purchaser to show friends and colleagues and remind them about the benefits of warranty extension etc, and the "big sale" we have on". More often than not,the prospect responds. It works  really well and reduces the length of the sale process ie waiting for the customer to come down to the lot and inspect the vehicle. It's unique, does take some time, but it's worth it! Many vehicles are sold and shipped interstate without the prospect actually driving the car.

@ Zach - Hey thanks a lot,.......Just trying to hopefully inspire some younger guys & gals on ADM to get a little more creative & to demonstrate a highly effective way to communicate with their potential clients regardless of where they are.
