You are right Ralph, as in all sales it is easy to sell to people who know your track record or who have been referred. Putting this out there, being transparent, 3rd party confirmations - it's a killer. Problem is, it takes time and effort. It doesn't happen overnight. But it doesn't take long. A simple diet of focusing on a single purpose, get it done. Then move on. Once you have templates set up, you have learned a process once, then do it again and again.

I love these photos with the customer statements placed above the images of the customer with their new car... Very high impact and is a great technique to use with web pages that video is inappropriate for or as a way to cover the people who do not play videos. Between the photos like this and the videos that you shoot, I gotta believe that you and your dealership get a lot of benefit from reputation management in the form of more business from the nest people to sell cars to... The ones who know and trust you!
