There are many ways to ensure your customers know that your dealership has an active presence on Yelp and to encourage them to share their feedback.
Yelp provides businesses with great printable assets and signage on their public Flickr Account featuring color, black and white, and web options for your convenience. You can use these assets to let your customers know you have a Yelp presence and encourage them to check in on their mobile phone. You can even print table tents and posters featuring your check in offer.
Burns Buick GMC is a great example of a dealership utilizing these materials to encourage customers to “Check In” on Yelp and share their experience. Burns is paving the way to success on Yelp by realizing how in store marketing and creating a buzz offline will in turn generate activity online. On the sales desks, service counter, and table tops they have clearly and visibly showcased to their customers how they can be found on Yelp.
For the business card slot of the tabletop stand, they have also created cards that customers can take with them for easy access to their Yelp listing and the dealership’s contact information.
