Much of what appears on this site and elsewhere has to do with maximizing and leveraging your website, Facebook site, Twitters, Internet ads, etc. And rightly so. Outbound marketing is extremely important and necessary, and effective execution is critical.
But don't neglect your Dealership as a place to message to both customers and prospective customers.
Make sure your facility communicates directly and indirectly that you want the customer's business, and that you have something great to offer them. Put your best incentives front and center. Large, exciting, with movement.
Digital Window Displays, Digital Posters, and even Digital Mannequins need to be utilized to tell everyone in or around your dealership that you have something great for them. Make it compelling. Make it large. Make your best sales message something that cannot possibly be missed or mis-represented. Maximize your window space and wall space with your message(s). Don't ever let any customer fail to see or know what your very best sales incentives are, and how they can take advantage of them. THAT'S how you sell more cars.
