Service Writers are the least appreciated employees in the store. Try doing three things at once... on the phone, on the computer and staring at unhappy customers sitting slumped in the chair that the writer has to look at all day long. THAT'S CRAP.
How about the most common victim on the store... Blame it on detail... THAT'S CRAP.
You all know the guy that makes a ton of money in the dealership, has a great title, and doesn't appear to do anything ever. THAT'S CRAP.
Holes all over in the inventory and the guys are in the back eating breakfast. THAT'S CRAP.
The newest sales guy who got stuck with bringing breakfast back. He is short three bucks. THAT'S CRAP.
That same guy is ignored until lunch. THAT'S CRAP.
And it is his first day!! THAT'S CRAP.
The sales manager who NEVER T.O.'s because he never GETS UP... "Just broom them..." THAT'S CRAP.
Saturday Morning BLOOD BATHS, nothing like CRAPping out the entire sales team before the start of GAME DAY.
I could go on and on... The cool thing is that the opposite of CRAP is SUCCESS.
