Professional Community for Car Dealers, Marketing, Advertising and Sales Leaders
Our dealership has never done an email newsletter but I'm trying to convince certain parties that it would (might) be a good idea, much like writing posts on Facebook, but sending it directly to our customers' email accounts (in the hopes that they will open before deleting).
Does YOUR DEALERSHIP do a newsletter? Monthly? Bi-monthly? Semi-monthly? Quarterly? How would you rate your success (assuming you're not hiring a 3rd party who will track the email and provide you with insights)?
Also assuming your haven't hired a 3rd party professional emailer, where did you get your template? I tried this morning for quite some time to find a FREE one for "shopping purposes". Of course they all advertise FREE but strangely enough (!!) you're also required to start an account with a credit card number. I'm merely looking for format ideas so I can plan this in my head BEFORE putting it into action. Realizing I'm late for what I have in mind (Thanksgiving), TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. No problem....I can think and type quickly! Coming up with the email addresses is another story.....as is looking at some template samples (FREEBIES!). BTW, I'm looking for a two column format.
ANYONE interested in lending a hand/advice? Appreciate ya :)
